more camping...

Here are a couple more (hopefully after spending 45 minutes on the phone with ATT, our problem is taken care of). This is Gabe's friend Dom. Dom's daddy Jeremy pulled the boys around for a few minutes. Gabe liked it as long as it was moving, but not too sure of things when it was stopped.
This is Dom's brother and sister with Gabe. I think Gabe is flirting with Lexi. =)
I think yellow is our color, don't you agree?

Camping

Well, for some reason my computer (or internet) is not working properly tonight. I was going to add more, but it's not cooperating, so I'm going to send these two if it will let me. We spent this last Friday night at our church Family Camp in Beaver's Bend, OK. We had a good time camping, even if it was a little cold. We didn't get a lot of sleep, but that is just kind of the nature of camping anyway. We took Gabe hiking in a borrowed backpack and had lots of fun playing games and getting to know other people from our church.
Here is a picture of our "tribe". We didn't do too well in the planned games, but we had a lot of spirit!
Hopefully more pictures to follow...

6 months and funny faces

Well, it's not a great shot, but here is his 6 month picture with the elephant. He is definitely looking bigger, but he's not going to look much older until he grows some hair! Check out those big eyes!
He's had a little bit of a cold/allergies (?) for the last couple of days, so he's been sniffing a lot and making some pretty funny faces. The one below is kind of cute.
This one is NOT so cute, but kinda funny. Whoa! Is that my child?
Gabe is getting closer to crawling every day. Once he figures it out, he'll be off and running! Yesterday, he discovered he could get up on all fours (hands and feet), so he did that several times. His top two teeth have now pushed through and are visible, so he will soon really be able to chomp! He did well in the nursary this morning. It is the first time I have gotten to sit through a whole sermon in a while! He is getting much more definitive about what he wants, and will let me know when he is not a happy camper. We head to the Dr. this Wednesday for his 6 month check up.
